Shawmut Design and Construction stands out as a sought-after employer among Roger Williams University students each year. Their strong presence on campus, through classroom presentations, on-campus interviews, career fairs, and their experiential scholarship program, demonstrates their deep commitment to engaging with and developing future industry leaders.
Many Hawks seek out Shawmut’s immersive career opportunities for not only the RWU alumni network that Shawmut has developed through an increasingly high number of talent hires, but also due to the reputation and clear commitment Shawmut has made to Roger Williams University. The number of students interested in both Shawmut’s internship program and full-time offerings showcases their dynamic learning environment and supportive workplace culture that make both Shawmut and its professional opportunities highly desirable.

The shared values between RWU students and Shawmut makes this professional partnership natural.
