Career Communications Assistants (CCAs) are the welcoming faces and first point of contact for students exploring career resources and professional development at RWU. These student leaders play a vital role in supporting their peers’ growth, whether reviewing a resume, providing LinkedIn feedback, or guiding someone through a job or internship search. Beyond one-on-one advising, CCAs actively engage in classrooms and campus events, leading presentations that connect students with essential tools and opportunities. With expertise in areas like interview preparation, networking, and professional communication, they make career development approachable, practical, and accessible to all.
As visible leaders on campus, CCAs serve as a bridge between students and the CCPD. Their energy, approachability, and genuine enthusiasm ensure that career development is not just a resource, but an engaging, supportive, and empowering experience for the entire RWU community.
Our CCAs support students in our Career Lab located in GHH 117 M-F 10am-3pm. For virtual assistance you may also email resumes@g.rwu.edu.
