  • Take a career assessment.

  • Conduct online research about different career paths using websites such as O*NET Online or the Occupational Outlook Handbook.

  • Review internship and job descriptions in Handshake.

  • Talk to people who work in your fields of interest by conducting informational interviews.

  • Shadow someone for a day to learn more about a particular type of work.

  • Do an internship in a field of interest.
