Michelle earned a B.A in Psychology with a concentration in Developmental Psychology from Eastern Connecticut State University and an M.B.A in Sports Leadership from Johnson & Wales University. Previously, Michelle has held roles as YMCA Youth Program Director, in addition to Director of Intramural and Club Sports at Johnson & Wales University. Michelle has spent the last 6 seasons on the sidelines as the Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach at Roger Williams University, guiding the team to Commonwealth Coast Conference Championships in 2022 and 2023. Michelle continues her professional career in higher education at Roger Williams within the career scope, leading her passion for coaching and mentoring college students to achieve their goals post-graduation.

Her sessions cover essential topics such as resume development, LinkedIn profile construction, and networking strategies, ensuring that students are well-prepared for the job market. By integrating these career-focused workshops into the curriculum, Michelle helps students build crucial skills that complement their academic knowledge, aligning with the AACSB Accredited objectives of providing a comprehensive and practical business education.
