Self-reflection and engaging with my community at Roger Williams University are imperative lifelong skills that will contribute to my professional and academic success. Learning to pause, reflect on my direction, and seek help through various campus resources will be invaluable as I prepare for my first job. Whether working with campus resource offices, trusted faculty or staff, or Career Counselors, many resources are available to assist me in exploring and nurturing my inner growth.

  2. Completed Strengths Assessment: Have I completed a Gallup Strengths Assessment with a Career Counselor?
  3. Examined Inner Values: Have I taken the time to explore my inner values and how they relate to my life and potential future? Have I connected with a Career Counselor to start this process?
  4. Analyzed Academic Plan: Have I thoughtfully reviewed my academic course plan and considered how the classes within my significant impact my career exploration? Have I sought assistance from the Center for Student Academic Success or a Career Counselor?
  5. Engaged in Personal Enjoyment: Am I actively participating in campus activities that provide personal enjoyment and allow me to take time beyond academics?
  6. Attended Cultural Programs: Have I engaged in programming on campus that enhances my intercultural awareness and broadens my perspectives?
