The Internship and Career Planning Seminar is a zero-credit class covers topics ranging from personal branding materials, job/internship search, internship registration, networking digital identity & LinkedIn, interview skills, the application process, professional expectations, budgeting & negotiation, career values and more. 
The Internship and Career Planning Seminar is the pre-requisite requirement for registering an internship for credit through Roger Williams University.
When do I take the Internship and Career Planning Seminar?
CPS must be completed at least one semester prior to registering for an internship through the university.
Students may register for the Internship and Career Planning Seminar on Roger Central (Search Term: CPS). At Roger Williams University, 17 majors require an internship for credit, and 27 allow an elective credit internship.
