Talent Acquisition Intern

Talent Acquisition Intern will work with university relations recruiting projects to support FM Global’s university recruiting activities in the corporate office and global operations! This role will work closely with the university recruiters in the Talent Acquisition department of Human Resources. Projects will include supporting the attraction, selection, hiring and onboarding of interns, co-ops and entry level engineers globally. This individual will also get involved in the planning of university recruiting events and on-site professional development activities for current interns/co-ops.
Ownership and planning of all professional development events for current interns/co-ops in corporate
Management of all on-campus recruitment activities
Creating PowerPoint presentations to support the university recruiting program
Developing Infographics that will be used to attract university talent
Data analysis, tracking and reporting related intern, co-op, and entry level hiring initiatives
Updating the University Relations SharePoint site
Participating in meetings with hiring managers and internal HR business partners
Attendance of recruiting events as needed
Other tasks associated with early career hiring may be assigned as needed
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year BS or BA degree pursuing HR, Business, Marketing or a related subject area
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills!
