General Summary of Position:
A project coordinator will work on cross-product and cross-department projects. They will assist on the behind the scenes work to support the project manager in completing various internal and external projects. Project coordinators are on the front line of high profile projects with an opportunity to work on some of Granite’s newest offerings.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and update trackers to show the progress of the project
- Work with other departments to ensure project pieces are completed on schedule Work with Project Manager to keep projects on schedule
- Opening and reporting on provisioning tickets
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Access
- Should be responsible and able to hold themselves accountable in a work-from-home situation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of Granite’s internal systems (Rocklog, Cornerstone , OM) Project management experience
- Excellent problem solving skills Ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently as well as in a group Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
