Pilgrim Title Insurance Company has been providing closing, escrow and title insurance services for over 20 years. We are looking for an energetic and hardworking Sales Representative to be responsible for generating new relationships with real estate agents, lenders, builders and law firms who are not currently working with Pilgrim Title and to build strong relationships with existing customers to expand our current client base.
Develop and maintain relationships in the New England area • Utilize sales skills and industry knowledge in order to identify and evaluate key prospects • Direct In-person marketing of new and existing customers • Create teach and implement seminars for customers on a variety of topics to include training and education • Maintain and update company’s social media campaigns and presence • Monitoring and documenting customer performance, including implementing and maintaining CRM database • Network and cultivate relationships with mortgage lenders, real estate agents, principals, builders and other professionals • Some time will be spent on company’s out of New England business.
Qualifications: • A Bachelor’s Degree is required • Prior experience in sales in Title Insurance/Real Estate/ Lending preferred. • A valid Driver’s license is required as well as personal reliable transportation (Insurance is provided by employee.) • Strong verbal and written communication skills technical skills along with relationship building skills are essential. • Ability to travel 25-50% of workdays as customers and targets are often located out of state. • Microsoft Office proficiency is required
