Marketing Coordinator & Graphic Designer
Seeking a versatile Marketing Coordinator & Graphic Designer with strong creative skills and a can-do attitude. This position will work with the Director of Business Development and will make an immediate impact on the company’s culture and presence in the market. Must be a self-starter with the ability to successfully collaborate across departments and with diverse individuals. Seeking a candidate with a desire to fill a multi-faceted role along with the ability to adapt with the evolving needs of a growing company.
Skills & Qualifications
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat
· Proficiency in LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook with ability to frequently create and share content
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Ability to be flexible and adaptable to change
· Ability to be self-direct, self-starter with exemplary planning and time management skills
· Basic photography skills
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Content Creation
· Create original content for external and internal marketing material using Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva
· Produce digital and print-ready material in several layouts for social media, flyers, brochures, and proposals
Social Media
· Generate, plan, and share social media content 2-3 times per week on company’s LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook accounts
· Develop the overall social media strategy with the Director of Business Development and track related metrics
Proposals
· Support proposal creation by producing digital and print assets from Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or Microsoft Office
· Collaborate with senior team members to edit and finalize proposals and meet firm submission deadlines
Photography
· Take photos of construction projects and personnel
· Edit photos using Adobe Creative Cloud or other technology tools
