Handshake is a hub of career information, job/internship postings, events and much more. Employers can find your profile if you allow them to through your preferences. You can complete your profile sections manually or upload your resume. If you upload your resume, the system can populate content using your document. Login to your account to access thousands of jobs/internships, receive custom recommendations, connect with your peers, browse an employer database, or make an appointment with Career Advisors. |
LinkedIn is the world’s largest professional network – through LinkedIn in you can develop professional relationships, share experiences, learn skills, and find internships and jobs through the ‘jobs feature’. Make sure your LinkedIn Profile is up to date and aligned with your resume. Use the networking guide for help jump starting your networking process. |

Company websites themselves can be a valuable resource, aggregate job boards allow you to search ads across the web, while niche job boards will yield field-specific opportunities.
